Hello Everyone!

We have all been through so much over the past few years. When I was asked to compose this score, it was during the height of lockdown, and required me to write and record the score in a matter of weeks. I’m happy to say that the final product is an amazing collaboration between animation and music, that focuses on telling black stories in a positive light. Something that we so desperately need at this current time.

I’m extremely excited to be able to release my original score soundtrack to Camrus Johnson’s “She Dreams at Sunrise”.

As a young boy, I grew up with a mother who has had her share of ups and downs. Without giving too much away, this score came directly from my heart and I dedicate it to my mother, Kim Smith.
